I've done it... It's hard... I basically told her how I felt and got shot down... It took a long time, over a year, but we actually became closer friends ironically...

If you don't make something happen, you'll hurt inside.. If you do, you may hurt outside for a while, but you'll get over it hopefully...

I used the passive, "Look, there's more here then meets the eye, and I'm not sure if you've noticed" approach... at least then you can check out a reaction subtley, and react to it rather then... "Look I'm all over you, and you don't know it", which tends to crash and burn a bit harder and faster...

Let me know how it goes...
