I am 24 and there is this woman who is 40 and beautiful. She recently hit on me pretty strongly. For several weeks before she had been flirting with me and touching me on the arm, behind the neck, on the shoulder, she even bumped her breasts into my arm. When I failed to respond, she moved on to another man who is 60 and they are now fucking every morning. Recently, she started flirting again and she even walked over to me and rubbed shoulders with me.

I need to know:
When the touching starts, how should I respond? Should I match touch for touch? Touch her arm when she touches mine? What is the next move when I respond correctly? How do I know if her flirting isn't just playing?

I've screwed up before by responding to flirting women. I thought she was serious and found out she was just playing. What is a good test to find out if she really is interrested?

Is this a woman at your work place? Also, how do you know about the 60 year old guy, and the morning action?
