The company I work for organized a Ukraine ski trip last month and being the adrenaline junkie that I am, I just had to go and try out skiing for the first time. Sadly, the experience has injured my left leg and the doctor told me I can only start getting therapy for it once the bone has healed. Now, I live a very active lifestyle and I simply can t stand not being able to move around constantly throughout the day.

To anyone who s ever been in a similar condition, what are some things I can do to avoid getting bored? It s making me so restless and depressed that I can t even get up to walk to the kitchen or go jogging. Please help, I just wanna get past this, so I can get back up on my feet again soon.
